Hi, my name is Anh Tran and I am an artist based in Los Angeles.

I studied art education and illustration but kept finding myself gravitating towards clay. Eventually this led me to starting a membership with a local pottery studio, where I discovered just how much I connected with this medium.

Meanwhile, I had been teaching art to small and medium-sized kids in public school. We’d explore all kinds of materials, including clay. Through my students, I’ve learned so much about how to cultivate a creative and joyful environment for learning–work that I aspire to continue doing outside of the classroom.

Currently, I can be found making ceramic pieces for a local coffee shop, teaching workshops, or taking sunlit naps with my chi-terriers.
